I work with people who ​feel stuck in a life that feels unsatisfying, disconnected and self-destructive to develop self-awareness, stop being self-critical, and make meaningful change so that you can drop the shame, feel more confident, and experience more fulfilling relationships, and ultimately achieve inner peace.

​You've had ideas about how you should feel, what your life should look like, and how people are supposed to deal with stress and emotional pain. You have been trying to live up to certain expectations and it's making you feel broken. Everything looks okay from the outside, but it's all becoming too much to keep inside. And it's just not working anymore. 

You're experiencing signs of depression and/or anxiety and you're often stressed. You have been trying to ignore, numb and forget, but you ultimately feel worse. You realize you're drinking, smoking weed or totally zoning out in other ways, just to dull the pain. 

You feel misunderstood in your relationships or like no one really knows you.  You question if you're too sensitive or care too much. You crave meaning, purpose and more of a sense of control... or maybe it's a nagging for more freedom. You wonder if it's the things that happened in the past that are getting in the way of having what you want in the present.

The shame of it all is hard to shake and you're wondering if it's time to give therapy a try, or maybe revisit it after some time away.
